Acme Consulting is a specialist AI consulting firm for professional services and operations teams. We build measurable AI automations: voice intake, document intelligence, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems — all under an evaluation-led methodology with written acceptance criteria and monthly Impact Reports.
We are a new firm. Rather than borrow metrics, we published our methodology, pricing, and a full end-to-end walkthrough on a sample engagement so you can evaluate our approach before any sales conversation.

Every pilot has a domain-specific evaluation dataset and written acceptance criteria before any code is written. You know what success looks like before the engagement starts.
Assessment before commitment
We start every engagement with a paid Readiness Assessment. It's fixed-price, fixed-scope, and yours to keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Published pricing, transparent methodology
We publish our pricing and our full 10-step methodology. Buyers should be able to evaluate our rigour before any conversation about money.

Every pilot ships with an eval dataset, a pass threshold, and a monthly Impact Report with the real numbers. Not a demo. Not a dashboard that looks good.
